CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION

PRIVATE VIRTUAL CLASSES

We meet you where you are! These special-tailored classes are specific to you and your informational needs for your birth. We will explore:

Your hopes and wishes for your birth, based upon your unique preferences and birthing choices.
Hormones present in labor and how to use them to work for you!
Stages of labor and ways to manage your body and mind in each stage of the game.
Your placenta(s) and it’s magical powers.
Natural and medical interventions to use to or that may come up!
Navigating your specific birth place. I’ve seen a lot in NYC.
Post-birth procedures for the birthing person and baby (or babies!)
Postpartum expectations for the first few days after birth.

Classes are 3-4 hours long and are conducted via Zoom! You can invite whomever you consider your support people to be there to learn and ask questions with you.

Investment: $333/birthing person + support team
